Mental health affects every part of our lives, and with the right support, people can navigate event the toughest times.

Mental Health UK works at home, in schools, and in workplaces across the UK helping people build the tools and condience to navigate life's challenges.

If you're able to support me, I'd really appreciate it. Your donation will help more people get the support they need, when they need it most.

Thank you!

My Updates

life's a struggle, no one should suffer in silence.

Friday 17th Apr
I've struggled with depression and anxiety since I was 18 on and off. I was lucky enough to have councilling to help me through at the age of 19. 8 years ago I lost my dad which sent me into a very dark hole that I just couldn't get out of for months. I had no support from the medical side of things. I struggled for months with the support of my wife and anti depressants. I didnt think I would ever get out of the dark black hole I was in. Everything was numb and I couldn't feel anything amd life completely sucked for a very long time. Things could of been better if there was more support out there for me. Someone to talk to, someone to listen and understand. If it wasn't for the love and support of my wife and kids I don't think I would be here now. Some people are not lucky enough to have what I had and I want to help towards making life easier for people that feel like there alone and have no way out. So please help with what you can to help make people's live a little bit easier. Thank you!!!
