This May, I'm taking on 31 miles to support Mental Health UK.

Mental health affects every part of our lives, and with the right support, people can navigate event the toughest times.

Mental Health UK works at home, in schools, and in workplaces across the UK helping people build the tools and condience to navigate life's challenges.

Mental health and wellbeing is something I feel really passionate about - I have struggled and constantly work at ways of supporting myself and accepting that it is okay not to feel okay all the time. I have learnt to be open and talk about struggles and use it as a way to work on myself and build on inner strength and self belief. I hope this is something I support others with and be the person that understands the tougher moments.

I will be recording the miles separately to my daily steps to make sure this is an additional challenge
