I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!
I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.I'll be moving 28 miles - whether that's walking, running, cycling, wheeling - and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.
Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.

Sunday 1st FebHi I’m Sophia and this February I will be walking 28 miles in aid of supporting mental health. It’s something that I believe should be strongly advocated for. Working in the veterinary industry means often seeing people suffering with mental health whether it be clients or clinical staff , however also seeing how much animals benefit mental health is such a lovely thing to see.
In honour of this me and Cali are proud to be part of raising awareness!
