100 Miles for Mental Health UK

At the end of March, we'll be heading to Nepal for 2 weeks to complete an 80-mile trek up to Everest Base Camp. We then return home, so that Simon, Matt, Olivia and Helena can complete the Brighton Marathon/ Brighton 10K with Friends and Family on 7th April!

This is going to be a huge challenge for us all, but we are determined to complete it to honour the memory of the beautiful, Kirsty, and to raise crucial funds for Mental Health UK by tackling over 100 miles in distance and approx. 3000m in elevation within 2 weeks.
