I'm taking on 31 Miles (or more) this May for Mental Health UK

This May, I’m pushing myself to walk 31 miles (or more) in support of Mental Health UK.

Both myself and people I love have struggled with mental health, and I’ve seen first-hand just how much the right support can change everything. The help we’ve received has been nothing short of phenomenal, and it’s something I’ll always be grateful for.

I’m not someone who usually takes on challenges like this, I’m much more likely to drive than walk and have definitely been known as the “lazy one”! So this is a real personal challenge for me, both physically and mentally.

But that’s exactly why I’m doing it.

Mental health can be an uphill battle, and no one should have to face it alone. Mental Health UK does amazing work supporting people across the country helping them find strength, confidence, and hope when they need it most.

If you’re able to donate, even a small amount, it would genuinely mean so much to me. Your support will help more people get access to the kind of help that has made such a difference in my life and the lives of those close to me.

Thank you for being part of this with me 💙
