Why im running.
For a long time, I struggled with anxiety, and it often stopped me from stepping outside my comfort zone. Taking up running has been one of the best decisions I've made. Every mile has helped me grow in confidence, challenge myself, and become less anxious.
This cause is also very close to my heart because my fiancée has recently graduated with a degree in mental health nursing and is dedicated to supporting people through some of the most difficult times in their lives. Seeing the difference that mental health support can make has inspired me to take on this challenge.
By running, I hope to raise money for Mental Health UK so they can continue providing vital support to those who need it. Thank you so much for your kindness and support.
