This time in 2 weeks I will be sweaty, tired and achy.

I will be moaning that my feet and legs hurt.

I will be putting myself through this because I want to show that mental health is serious.

Mental illness kills 120 people per day in the uk.

Imagine that for a second.

That’s 5 people per hour.

That’s almost 44,000 mums, dads, brothers, sisters, friends per year who see no other way out.

That’s half of Wembley stadium.

If this challenge saves just 1 person then it’s all been worth it don’t you think?

£5 gives 12 people access to much needed support.

That’s less than a coffee at Costa or a beer down the pub.

All I’m asking is that if you have been affected by this topic in any way then please read the post below.

Well what can I say.

The response to this challenge has been phenomenal!

Talking to so many people who have been touched by mental health problems has given me extra motivation for this life saving cause.

The generosity shown has been truly humbling.
