Heading into the last week of August. 

I feel confident I'll get close to 100 miles.

28 degrees at 8am has been the coolest. So I got some miles in. 

Im jetting off for a week!

Today I jet off on my holidays. 

But that doesn't mean I'm hanging up my Hokas..they are packed and they will be used when I'm away. I have a target in milage and target to raise.

But now that I remembered I'll get the foot work in and get these KMs and miles added up. 

I will not beg for donation but if you wish to donate please do. 

I just want to raise awareness for men who feel that they have to have that masculine guard up and all times and who find it difficult to process loss, change or hurt.

Instead of sharing their deep grief, they hide behind a tough, quiet, and practical exterior. This emotional wall creates distance between men and their family and they often turn on themselves and carry the weight for the world on their shoulders.
