I'm taking on 31 Miles this May for Mental Health UK
This May, I’m taking on 31 miles to support Mental Health UK—something that feels especially meaningful to me. I’m doing this not only to raise awareness, but also to improve my own mental health, as I know how much movement and challenge can positively impact how I feel.
Mental health affects every part of our lives, and with the right support, people can navigate even the toughest times. Mental Health UK works at home, in schools, and in workplaces across the UK, helping people build the tools and confidence to manage life’s challenges.
