I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!
I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.As part of my 2026 goals i pledged to walk 100miles for charity, as you know i’ve got a dodgy hip and i’m on a weightloss journey, so i’ve made the decision to separate the 100miles throughout the year by doing multiple smaller challenges! I’ll be sharing my progress mainly on facebook/insta stories! Throughout february i’ll be donating £1 for every 1lb i lose! Nothing more i love than a motivational weightloss challenge ✌🏻
I'll be moving 28 miles - whether that's walking, running, cycling, wheeling - and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.
Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.
