I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!

I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.

As part of my 2026 goals i pledged to walk 100miles for charity, as you know i’ve got a dodgy hip and i’m on a weightloss journey, so i’ve made the decision to separate the 100miles throughout the year by doing multiple smaller challenges! I’ll be sharing my progress mainly on facebook/insta stories! Throughout february i’ll be donating £1 for every 1lb i lose! Nothing more i love than a motivational weightloss challenge ✌🏻 

If you wanna join me for walks or come to the gym, let me know, i’m more than happy to make friends, raise money and get fitter! 
I'll be moving 28 miles - whether that's walking, running, cycling, wheeling - and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.

Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.

Feb 1st - Fabs 1st walk!

Fabio finally can go for walkies now he’s had his injections! so we’re getting our steps in! We’ve started off slow - half a mile round the block which we’ll do again later today. We’re ever so excited to start exploring! We’re currently aiming for a mile a day of doggy walks, however imagine we’ll be doing a lot more 😂
