London Landmarks Half Marathon for Mental Health UK
I'm taking on the London Landmarks Half Marathon raising money for Mental Health UK! I want to help in making a difference to people affected by mental health problems.
Mental health conditions is a global epidemic with rates rapidly rising and over 1 billion people worldwide living with a mental disorder. Within the UK suicide is the leading cause of death for men under 50. Every donation, no matter how big or small, brings us one step closer to a world where mental health is treated with the same importance as physical health. Let's turn awareness into action and create a brighter future for all.
Mental Health UK is dedicated to providing essential support and resources to individuals and families affected by mental health challenges. With a focus on collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity, they are at the forefront of driving positive change within the mental health landscape.
