Hi everyone,

I will be doing a 20k walk in Edinburgh on the 5^th October to raise funds for Mental Health UK!

Having suffered with mental health issues myself and seeing so many others who have lost their battle, I want to raise funds and awareness for this important cause that is very dear to my heart. 1 in 4 people in the UK has experienced a mental health problem and this can happen to anyone, so it is very important to help break the stigma and allow people the chance to access much needed services and resources. Grateful to anyone who can sponsor me for this event!
