Wednesday 5th AugMy name is Rachel, and I’m taking part in this fundraiser to help raise much needed funds for a cause that affects me personally and so many others.
I have been living with Bipolar I disorder for over 20 years. Throughout that time, I’ve experienced not only the challenges of the condition itself but also the stigma and shame that too often surround mental health.
It’s time to change that. Mental health deserves the same understanding, compassion, and attention as physical health. By supporting this fundraiser, you’re helping to raise awareness, challenge stigma, and ensure that more people receive the support they need.
