The Miles I wish we Had 💙
Mental health comes in all shapes and sizes, and most of us know someone who has struggled—or is struggling right now.
After suddenly losing my Beautiful Niece Amy in January 2023 my own mental health hasn’t been the same then In December 2025 I unexpectedly lost my brother to his mental health, and that pain is something I carry every day.
That’s why this 31-mile challenge means so much to me. I’m doing it in his memory, and for everyone who is battling something we can’t always see. 💙
If this helps raise awareness, start conversations, or support someone who’s struggling, then every step will be worth it.
