I've decided to take part in a skydive for the Mental Health UK charity. firstly, living with loved ones that are affected by mental health is not only difficult for the person suffering with mental health, but it affects the close family around them. we have been living under this dark cloud for many years, and until recently, all was fine, until one day, a course of events unveiled and was almost to the point of taking their own life. It was such a dark and scary place to be and I wish no one would ever have to be in that situation.
This is why I feel I need to do something. We have come through it, but not without the emotional carnage. If you know someone who is suffering, Please point them in the right direction before it's too late!
if you can spare a few pounds, no matter how small, it would help make a difference.
