London Landmarks Half Marathon for Mental Health UK

Hey lovely people

In an ADHD moment of decision making, I am taking on the London Landmarks Half Marathon for Mental Health UK!

I have dedicated the last few years of my personal life and career to developing my understanding to help myself and other’s mental health in a positive, productive way . I have taken on the role of Senior Mental Health Lead, I am studying for a Masters in Psychology and Mental Health and focused on working on my mental health as I have struggled in the past and understand how hard it can be.

I don’t like running, but I do it for a challenge and this is my biggest one yet. I am doubling my current distance PB and attempting a half marathon so pray for my calves.

Over the last few years I have dedicated a lot of my career and personal life trying to help develop positive mindsets, place importance on mental health and teach myself ways in which to help others. I have become a mental health lead, I have started a masters in mental health and psychology and have focused my career in helping children in education with understanding the importance of taking. Are of their mental health from a young age.

I want to raise as much money as I can for a fantastic charity that does amazing work with those who need it most !
