London Landmarks Half Marathon for Mental Health UK
Hey lovely people
In an ADHD moment of decision making, I am taking on the London Landmarks Half Marathon for Mental Health UK!
I have dedicated the last few years of my personal life and career to developing my understanding to help myself and other’s mental health in a positive, productive way . I have taken on the role of Senior Mental Health Lead, I am studying for a Masters in Psychology and Mental Health and focused on working on my mental health as I have struggled in the past and understand how hard it can be.
I don’t like running, but I do it for a challenge and this is my biggest one yet. I am doubling my current distance PB and attempting a half marathon so pray for my calves.
