Sunday 6th Sep As some of you know mental health is something I have battled for many years, becoming more challenging post partum suffering with PND and PPD which has really been hard for me.Taking part in this walk has hit home to me and would mean so much to me to be able to support others going through other mental health struggles and to get the support they need and deserve.
I am so grateful for all of the help and support I have received from professionals out there who have really helped get me through some
Of the hardest and darkest moments.
