This May, I'm taking on 31 miles to support Mental Health UK.
Mental health affects every part of our lives, and with the right support, people can navigate event the toughest times.
Mental Health UK works at home, in schools, and in workplaces across the UK helping people build the tools and condience to navigate life's challenges.
If you're able to support me, I'd really appreciate it. Your donation will help more people get the support they need, when they need it most.
Thank you!

My Updates
Why I am so pleased to be supporting Mental Health UK
Thursday 23rd Apr
I’m an ex Army Reserve soldier, and fitness and discipline have always been part of my life in one form or another.
After a long break from structured training, I reached a point where I needed to reset — physically and mentally. I’ve had my down days, my life battles, but I took control, relocated to Dorset and have not looked back once.
Since then, I’ve been rebuilding steadily through consistent training: walking, cycling, interval work, and conditioning. Nothing extreme — just structure, discipline, and progress.
I’m taking on a 31-mile challenge in May in support of Mental Health UK. For me, this isn’t just about the distance — it’s about rebuilding momentum and contributing to something that matters.
Mental health affects everyone in different ways, and this challenge is my way of putting effort behind a cause that impacts so many lives.
Every mile is part of a wider journey — not just fitness, but focus, routine, and forward movement.
Thanks for any support. It genuinely makes a difference.
