On 27 September, I’ll be joining GLOW Birmingham — an uplifting, illuminated walk around Edgbaston Reservoir — to raise funds for Mental Health UK.

The reason why ❤️

Friday 19th Sep

I do this walk for my darling best friend Ashleigh she took her own life nearly 3 years ago, to see her anyone would have thought she was absolutely fine, the most fun loving, caring and happiest of people, and that she had no demons to battle. Looks can be deceiving aswell as words. She would have told everyone she was fine yet she hadn’t been for a while. I still feel guilt that I couldn’t have done more and I miss her every day ❤️ her two daughters and grandchildren live on for her. Here’s to Ashleigh and all the other beautiful people that sadly acted in that one moment of time. Tomorrow is another day and we need to shout that from the rooftops ❤️
