31 Miles Mental Health Challenge
Monday 27th AprAs many of you know, our family has been going through a challenging time recently. Miley was diagnosed with FND (Functional Neurological Disorder), and it’s something that has not only affected her physically, but has also had a real impact on her mental health. It’s been a journey of learning, adjusting, and finding strength in ways we never expected.
One thing this experience has taught us is just how important it is to talk about mental health. It’s something that so many people struggle with, often quietly, and yet it touches every part of our lives—how we think, feel, and cope day to day.
That’s why I couldn’t be prouder of Miley, who has decided to take on the 31 Miles Mental Health Challenge. At just 13 years old, she is choosing to step up, not just for herself, but to help others. She’ll be walking, running, and moving her way through 31 miles to raise awareness and show support for those who may be struggling.
For us, this challenge means so much more than just miles. It’s about turning something difficult into something meaningful. It’s about showing that even when life feels overwhelming, we can still find ways to give back, to raise awareness, and to support one another.
Mental health matters—every single day. And if sharing our story, and supporting this challenge, helps even one person feel less alone, then it’s worth it.
If you can, please support her journey, cheer her on, and help spread the message. Together, we can make conversations about mental health more open, more understood, and more supported.
Thank you for being part of this with us 💙

Well done beautiful xxx
