Hi everyone!
I’m excited to share that in April 2025, I’ll be taking on the London Landmarks Half Marathon, running to raise money for Mental Health UK.
Mental health has never been more important. Whether we realize it or not, many of us are impacted by mental health challenges—whether it’s personally or through our friends, family, or colleagues. Conditions like depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues have become some of the most pressing concerns of our time. Unfortunately, despite increased awareness, many still suffer in silence due to stigma or a lack of access to support.
Mental Health UK provides essential services to those struggling, offering guidance, resources, and a voice to people in need. Their work is crucial in breaking down barriers and ensuring everyone feels empowered to seek help without fear or shame.
I ran my first official half marathon in March 2024 with a time of 2 hours 20 minutes. My goal for this event is to push myself even further and cross the finish line in under 2 hours!
