Why I’m Walking for Mental Health
Wednesday 10th SepFirst and foremost, if there was anything I was ever passionate about, it would be supporting those with mental health Especially in men, Women and adolescent children.
Personally through my own experience I know what it’s like to struggle with mental health from my own personal struggles with anxiety, depression, and bulimia Nervosa plus a few attempts along the way.
Additionally I was raised by someone who suffered and overcame a battle with bipolar disorder but this meant I saw the impact of mental illness from a very young age.
I’m beyond passionate about this cause. I’ve also worked with children between the ages of 13-16 facing their own battles, and I know how vital it is to shine a light on mental health and break the stigma.
I’m walking in the Glow for Mental Health event with my team Gods Children to raise awareness and hope. Every step counts and I’d love your support even if it's just a share!💜✨
