Why Mental Health UK?
Friday 11th OctHey lovely friends & family!👋
On October the 19th I’ll be taking part in the fundraising GLOW Walk as part of Team Havas with my work besties! We’ll be walking 20KM through the night to raise money for a Mental Health UK - an important cause nothing short of close to my heart.
Mental health and the complex implications accompanying mental turmoil, has been something very much ingrained into my adolescent world albeit indirectly or felt first-hand. From feeling the impact of suicide within my family, to understanding the sheer importance of a loving, support network both in family, friends & community - looking out for your loved ones, giving your brain TLC and having readily accesible resources or dedicated charities is SO important. ❤️
