Hi everyone,


This year I’ve decided to take on one of the biggest challenges of my life:


running a marathon and raising money for mental health.


The last few years have been tough on my mental health, especially since moving to Germany. Being a man makes it even harder to talk about this stuff sometimes, and I’ve really come to see how important support and understanding are.


Running has always been something I loved, and this marathon is my way of getting back into it while challenging myself physically and mentally. But I don’t just want this to be about me, I want to help others who are struggling too.


Mental Health UK does vital work supporting people with their mental health, and I want to help make sure more people can get the support they need.
