My why!
Thursday 9th Jul I am running the London Landmarks half marathon for Mental Health UK as I have had experience with bad mental health myself. I found myself getting too anxious to work, hang out with friends and fell into a bad habit with drinking. I then got invited to play football with an old school friend and that sparked a fire in me again and I rediscovered my love for sports. I would run, go to the gym and eventually enrolled into University where I studied sports coaching and development. I want to be a coach that people aspire to follow and to show people that there is more to sport and physical activity than just being a professional and that enjoyment is so much better. Being able to finish an event or playing with friends can have a great feel good factor. ShareThank you to my Sponsors
