A little about us 💚🩷

I’m taking part in the Glow Mental Health Walk alongside my sister, and this one means a little more to us than just putting one foot in front of the other.

We’ve both had our own experiences with mental health, and we know first-hand that sometimes the person smiling the biggest can be fighting battles nobody else can see. There have been good days, bad days, and everything in between but we’ve always had each other. 🩷💚

We’re doing this for ourselves, for each other, and for anyone who has ever struggled silently, felt overwhelmed, or simply needed someone to say “I get it"

I’m a big believer in talking openly, checking in on the people we love and reminding each other that asking for help isn’t weakness, it's strength! Life can be messy and chaotic sometimes but there is always a reason to keep going, keep laughing and keep moving forward.

So, my sister and I will be putting on our glow, having a laugh along the way, and walking for something that matters hugely to us. 

Here’s to breaking the stigma, supporting each other and making sure nobody feels like they have to face it alone
