Mental Health UK works at home, in schools, and in workplaces across the UK helping people build the tools and condience to navigate life's challenges.

Mental Health, we all have it.  Whether it be good mental health or poor mental health. Sadly at some point in everyone's life we're all hit with poor mental health. 

Mental health we all want to be healthy and happy.... 
So I am doing this challenge, because sometimes I cannot get out of bed or see the outside world, or socialise and not because I don't want to, Im just unable to. 
Those good days whether they're few and far between the bad days. Make the uphill climb worthwhile. 

No matter what you have got this. Im not just talking to you the reader, Im talking to me too, the lady who struggles on a bad day. ! 💚
