This year’s been really hard. I lost a friend to suicide and had no idea he was struggling with his mental health.
I’ve also got someone really close to me dealing with anxiety and low mood, and watching them go through it has made the whole thing feel so much more real and personal.
That’s why I’m doing the GLOW night walk for Mental Health UK. For my friend, for the people I love, and for anyone who’s quietly struggling.
