On 11 October, I’ll be lighting up London as part of GLOW – a vibrant sponsored walk shining a light on mental health. I’m proud to be supporting Mental Health UK, a charity that provides life-changing support to people across the UK affected by mental health challenges.

💚 Why I’m Walking for Mental Health UK
Monday 10th AugOn 10th October, I’ll be taking on a 20km Glow Walk to raise money for Mental Health UK.
Working within a mental health organisation has shown me just how important support, understanding and having someone to turn to can be.
My best friend sadly lost her mum to mental health, and I’ll be walking alongside her in her memory.
I’m walking for everyone who has struggled with their mental health, and for those who have lost someone they love.
If you’re able to donate, no matter how small, it would mean so much to us. 💚
