I'm Running to Support Mental Health UK
I'm taking on this running challenge to support Mental Health UK, a charity that helps people through some of the toughest moments of their lives.Mental health affects us all - friends, family, colleagues, the people we love. By fundraising, I want to help make sure people get the support they need when they need it most.

Berlin half marathon fundraising has started!
Tuesday 7th Jul
Run training is currently slow and steady having recently completed Edinburgh marathon then 4 weeks later Race to the King 50k Ultra. So a bit of recovery time which included a stroll up Pen Y Fan and now just ticking over with some short slow runs.
