Mental Health UK works at home, in schools, and in workplaces across the UK helping people build the tools and condience to navigate life's challenges.

Tuesday 7th AprThis May, I’m taking on 31 miles in 31 days for mental health awareness 💚
Mental health has always been something I’ve struggled with, but since losing my little boy in 2024, it has become so much harder.
Grief changes everything, and some days just getting through the day feels like a challenge in itself. I wanted to do something meaningful this May — not only for my own healing, but to raise awareness for anyone else who is silently battling their mental health.
Every mile I walk is for my little boy, for everyone we’ve lost, and for anyone who is struggling right now.
