I'm fundraising for...
I am taking part in Move it for Mental Health!
As a mental health first aider, I see the benefit of charities and organisations such as Mental Health UK. They do a great job, and raising money is crucial to being able to continue to provide support.
I would like to do what I can to help.
The aim from the charity is to complete 31 miles in May... but as i like a challenge, i am going to attempt 10 times that amount, and work towards 310 miles!! I’ll give it a go!!
This will be a combination of running, walking and cycling.
