My Mental Health Walk Story
I’m walking for mental health.
Not because it’s easy to talk about — but because it’s too common not to.
I’ve been living with mental health struggles since I was 16. It hasn’t been a straight line, and it’s rarely been simple. But I’m still here. And that matters. Every step I take in this walk is a reminder that survival is strength — and that healing doesn’t have to be silent or hidden.
I’m walking to help build a community.
One that says: you don’t have to hide your hard days.
One that reminds people: mental health doesn’t discriminate.
It can hit anyone, at any point in their life — and that’s why it’s time we normalize the struggles and stop suffering in silence.
Mental health isn’t weakness.
It’s part of being human.
And together, we’re stronger — louder — and impossible to ignore.
Let’s walk. Let’s speak. Let’s glow. Let’s change the story.
