This May, I'm taking on 31 miles to support Mental Health UK.
Mental health affects every part of our lives, and with the right support, people can navigate event the toughest times.
Mental Health UK works at home, in schools, and in workplaces across the UK helping people build the tools and condience to navigate life's challenges.I have suffered with mental health for more years then I’d like to remember,it has been a big challenge at time but I’m learning to take each day as it comes and remember it ok to have bad days🙌🏻even if some days I take a few steps back I’ll always come back stronger,as I have a great support network around me but not everyone has acesss to that,so let make that change💪🏻💚
