We all know someone who has suffered with poor mental health, whether its ourselves or someone else. As many know, I've had my own fair share of poor mental health. This is why I am going to be taking part in the move it for mental health challenge, by walking, cycling or running 28 miles in February. I'm looking to raise £100 towards the work & support that mental health uk do

Saturday 15th Feb
Unfortunately due to an unfortunate health issue, I won't be able to complete the 28 miles. I'm disappointed, but it comes with advice from medical professionals advising me against it. Hopefully once I've tackled this health issue I can get back on the horse as they say & get back to fitness. 

Rise 'n' Shine

Sunday 2nd Feb
Nice early walk, before the world awakes. Peaceful, quiet & in my own presence. Hardest part was getting up an hour early on a Sunday! Strong mind & discipline. This is just a small start to a big change. Lets do this!
