I’m taking on 10 Miles in 10 Days for Mental Health UK
A lot of my family and friends know I suffer with my mental health and so I would like to support this cause so, From 1–10 October, I’m taking on the 10 Miles in 10 Days challenge to celebrate World Mental Health Day and support Mental Health UK.
I’ll be running 10 miles — and hoping to raise at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.
Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.
