I suffer from Depression, and have suffered for a long time, if it wasn't for my family and friends being there for me I don't know where I would be today... I feel very strongly about being there for other people as well as trying to fight my own demons... this is why I have signed up to do this walk to support others who suffer the same and different mental health issues
