My Updates
31 Miles In May
Monday 4th MayThis May I’m aiming to cover 31 miles for Mental Health Awareness Month.
I’ve had my own experience with mental health, and right now I’m struggling with depression and anxiety. Instead of waiting to feel better, I’ve decided to do something while I’m going through it and try to work my way out.
This isn’t about pace or performance, it’s just about showing up. Each mile is a small step forward, even when it feels tough.
I’m doing this for myself to get moving again, but also for anyone else who might be struggling. Mental health can feel pretty isolating, and I want to help raise awareness and support others going through it too.
If you can donate or share, I’d really appreciate it. And if you’re having a tough time as well, you’re not alone.

Well done Hollie !!
