Running for mental health
Saturday 27th Apr I decided to raise money and take on the Paris Marathon for Mental Health UK due to running really helping me with my own mental health. I suffered in 2024 with poor mental health and if it wasn’t for my amazing friends and family, I wouldnt have been able to turn my life around!
