My thoughts Glow walk 2025
Monday 8th Sep I am participating in the nighttime glow walk, which will cover a distance of 20K in London on October 11, 2025. I strongly believe that it is essential to recognise and support individuals in relation to their mental health, as everyone faces their own set of challenges. It is crucial that we have access to the necessary resources and support systems during times of mental health crises. Many people often feel isolated and struggle with their issues quietly, all while maintaining a facade of strength. We may not always be aware of who is grappling with mental health difficulties until it becomes too late; this issue affects all of us in various ways—men, women, young adults, and children alike.
