Hello. I'm Georgina I have Bipolar and recently my health has taken a turn for the worse. I am now taking my health seriously and doing this walk as a turning point to remain healthy and active moving forward,

Mental health advocacy is something i am particularly interested in due to my diagnosis. I am walking for me, and others who have mental health and health conditions.

I will be walking in rememberance of 

Marguerite Tassinari (my Nan who has passed who also had Bipolar Disorder)

Colin Bobb (my Uncle who passed who also had Bipolar Disorder)

and everyone else who needs to understand that only you can take control of your physical and mental health.
