This August, I'm taking on 31 Miles in August to raise money for Mental Health UK.

I'm walking, running or rolling 31 miles throughout the month to help ensure more people can access the mental health support they need, when they need it most.

Every donation, no matter the size, will help Mental Health UK continue providing vital services, information and support to people across the UK.

Saturday 1st Aug
Day 1 challenges myself to do a lap of the lake without stopping. Managed to get that done. 

This challenge means so much to me as I’ve been on a tough journey for the last 6 weeks and if this can help anyone then it’s worth doing.
