Join the Movement: Fundraising for Mental Health UK
On the 21st of September, 2025, I will be taking part in the BMW Berlin Marathon to raise money for Mental Health UK—a cause very close to my heart.
Mental health affects us all in one way or another, yet so many people struggle in silence. Working in the field of mental health, I see first-hand the devastating impact it can have—not just on individuals, but on their families and loved ones too. Sadly, this critical area of healthcare is severely underfunded, leaving too many people without the support they desperately need.
By donating, you’ll be helping to provide vital resources and support for those who are suffering. Mental Health UK is a charity whose mission and values deeply resonate with me. The charity is dedicated to providing essential support and resources to individuals and families affected by mental health challenges. With a focus on collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity, they are at the forefront of driving positive change within the mental health landscape.
