Mental health affects us all—whether personally or through someone we love. Too often, people struggle in silence, facing stigma, lack of resources, or simply not knowing where to turn. I’m running to raise awareness, to help break that silence, and to support a charity that’s making a real difference in people’s lives every day.
I’d be so grateful for your support—whether through donations, sharing the cause, or just cheering me on along the way. Let’s run toward a future where mental health is treated with the care, understanding, and urgency it deserves.
