I’m GLOWING for Mental Health UK! 💚✨
Anyone who knows me knows that I am always cold and will happily do almost anything to avoid being outside when it’s chilly… so the fact that I’ve signed up for a night-time Glow Walk should tell you how much this cause means to me! 😂🥶
I decided to take part because mental health is a cause that is very close to my heart and to my life. I truly believe that nobody should be left alone with their struggles. Mental health can affect any of us, and sometimes having the right support at the right time can make all the difference.
I love the idea of literally shining a light on mental health, while also pushing myself outside my comfort zone and doing something I definitely wouldn't normally choose to do on a cold evening!
Your support will help bring vital mental health services to life across the country. Mental Health UK supports people facing anxiety, depression, isolation and more — helping create a brighter, kinder world where no one has to face their challenges alone.
