End of September and starting to feel lethargic and demotivated already. With the emphasis on World Mental Health Day next month and the ‘get moving’ challenge, I thought I would set myself a little goal to try and get me more active and motivated for the dopamine fix! One little challenge before my 50th birthday next month!
I’m going to try and get back on the bike for this and walk, the nights are getting darker so it’s not going to be easy. I’m not counting my steps as I’ll be done in a days work haha!
If I can raise some awareness and a little bit of money for a worthwhile cause along the way I’m all for it!
