In Aid of Mental Health UK 💙

I understand it’s January and we are literally getting over Christmas and new year , so am going make this as short and effective as possible 🫢

Mental Health does not celebrate any occasions ever 

Mental Health does not take pity on anyone 

Mental Health affect us all at some stage in our life’s 

I could go on and on and on but the fact of matter is this country has never been so bad with mental health and the difficulties with mental health is , it shows its self in many ways and in some cases can hide from plain sight.

So I will cut to the point !!!!

I as most of you know every year I  take part in many marathons and events some are physically demanding and mentally challenging but that is my medicine for my own mental health 💙

I always choose one of my yearly events to help raise awareness and help raise money to help the chosen charity and this year I have chosen Mental Health Uk which helps all genders , all races , all ages no matter what.

So I will be taking part in Paris full Marathon in April and I need your help to raise £750 🥹

I get it’s a big ask and I understand not everyone can help financially, but you can all share this post ? That costs nothing but makes a difference 💙

I will be asking companies like I did for London Marathon last year if they would like to sponsor me and help me get to my target 💙

Any companies interested please get in touch if you would like to sponsor me , I will be sending messages to companies over the next few days 💙

Companies can sponsor from £25-£50 and in return I give you exposure throughout my training and social media for the next 4 months 🤗

Any friends and family and anyone else who would like to donate any amount can do so by going onto my profile and using the pinned post at top of my page 🙏

What’s he doing to help raise money 👀

Well apart from Running the Marathon and training for  the last 2 months and the next 4 months 😂

I will be paying for my flights and accommodation to get to and from Paris and also all the kit required I.e trainers and so on 💪🏻

I too will be putting up football cards if required to help me reach the target of £750 😊

Mental Health affect us all 🙏
