I'm fundraising for Mental health UK!
Hi everyone,
This May, I’m taking on a meaningful challenge: running! 31 miles throughout the month in support of Mental Health UK – that’s one mile for every day in May.
Mental health matters. It affects every one of us – whether personally or through someone we care about. By taking part in 31 Miles in May, I’m raising awareness and funds to support Mental Health UK’s vital services, helping people facing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and other mental health challenges.
Why I'm Doing This
Mental health support is needed now more than ever. Every step I take this May is a step toward breaking the stigma and providing better access to care. Whether it’s for a friend, a family member, or yourself, we all know how important it is to feel supported.
