Sunday 30th Aug The last 4 years for my family, loved ones , closest of friends, has sometimes been , traumatic almost culminating in my near death. But thankful of Southend Intensive care unit for bringing me back to life...Got to pop out for a walk with William, my care coordinator ( miniature schnauzer)
So shall carry on with thus post later
