GLOW London 2025

GLOW up London with Mental Health UK

I’m thankful to have such an amazing support network around me and have asked them to support me once again - On 11 October, I’ll be lighting up London as part of GLOW – a vibrant 20KM sponsored walk shining a light on mental health. I’m proud to be supporting Mental Health UK, a charity that provides life-changing support to people across the UK affected by mental health challenges.

With your help, we can turn London’s iconic streets into a celebration of hope, strength, and solidarity. Every donation powers vital services, helplines, and resources — helping to ensure no one faces a mental health problem alone.

Let’s light the way toward a future where mental health is valued and supported. Please donate if you can — and thank you for being part of the movement.

Why?

Thursday 14th Aug
Life has its ups and downs—we all know that. Over the years, I’ve faced my own challenges, some days brighter than others. Thankfully, a small group of incredible people stood by my side, offering support when I needed it most. Their encouragement has made this journey easier, reminding me that I’m never truly alone.
To celebrate that support and give back, I’m walking 20KM with these amazing friends. This isn’t just about distance; it’s about honoring connection, compassion, and the difference that a supportive hand can make during critical times.
But I know not everyone finds it easy to reach out for help. Some people might feel isolated or unsure where to turn. I understand how difficult those moments can be. That’s why I want to dedicate my walk—and this fundraiser—to anyone who’s struggling in silence. I hope that by sharing my story and taking these steps, I can help raise awareness and show that support is out there, even when it feels far away.
Every donation will go to helping others find the support they need, just like I did. If you’re able to contribute, know that you are making a real difference in someone’s life—and together, we can help people find hope and healing, no matter where they are on their journey.
Thank you for your generosity and for believing in the power of community.
